basant Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "basant" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the basant online gaming platform accessible at basant.net, operated under an international gaming licence.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the basant platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a player upon successful registration on basant.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which basant accounts are denominated.
• "Game" means any gaming or betting product made available through basant, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, color prediction games, fishing games, and sports betting.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by basant subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum cumulative bet amount that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "CNIC" means Computerised National Identity Card issued by NADRA, used for identity and age verification purposes.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by basant's operating licence and anti-money laundering obligations.

References to any statute or statutory provision include any subordinate legislation in force. The singular includes the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Access to basant is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm minimum and is not negotiable under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate entities and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing basant is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of basant or its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from basant, whether as a result of self-exclusion, responsible gaming intervention, or platform-initiated account closure.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.

basant reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion and without being required to provide a reason. Acceptance of a registration application does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

Each player may hold only one active basant account at any given time. Duplicate accounts — whether created deliberately or inadvertently — are prohibited. Where basant identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all accounts beyond the first registered account will be closed, any bonuses credited to those accounts will be voided, and balances may be withheld pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for the security of your basant login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login details with any third party. basant will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held in your basant account remains accurate and current. You must notify basant promptly via [email protected] if any of your registered details change, including your mobile number or email address.

KYC verification documents may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to:

• Before processing any withdrawal request
• Upon reaching certain cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds
• Where basant has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions
• As required by our international gaming licence obligations

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed to basant's satisfaction.

All transactions on basant are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). basant accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your basant account are available for gaming purposes only. Deposits must be made from payment accounts or bank accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification including CNIC confirmation before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your basant account details.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be met before the relevant portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• basant processes the majority of withdrawal requests to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, and 1LINK within fifteen minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically complete within two hours during normal operating conditions.
• basant reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that trigger AML or fraud detection thresholds, which may extend processing time.

All bets placed and games played on basant are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product. These rules are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market and form part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation.

General betting and gaming rules applicable across all basant products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. basant does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• basant reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, or obvious pricing error that resulted in the bet being placed at an incorrect price.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the result recorded in basant's server logs shall be treated as conclusive evidence of the outcome unless a manifest technical error can be demonstrated.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game products and are displayed within the relevant interface. These limits may change without notice.
• basant uses independently audited random number generation software for all RNG-based games. The use of any software or method designed to predict, manipulate, or exploit RNG outcomes is prohibited.
• For cricket and sports betting, basant's trading team sets and adjusts odds at their discretion. Market suspension, price changes, and early settlement decisions are at basant's sole discretion.

basant offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

The following general bonus rules apply to all basant promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant offer terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who have met any stated qualification criteria (e.g., minimum deposit amount, promo code entry, opt-in requirement).
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be used before real money funds when both are present in the account unless the promotion terms specify a different order of play.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through hedging strategies, arbitrage, or any form of collusion with other players is prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• basant reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been claimed in good faith and is subsequently withdrawn, basant will honour the terms that applied at the time of the claim.
• Bonuses credited as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or fraudulent activity will be voided and may be deducted from your account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on basant. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage of registration or KYC verification
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment methods to fund your account
• Using the platform to launder money or to conduct any activity that facilitates money laundering or terrorist financing
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any AI-assisted tool to interact with basant games or markets without explicit written authorisation from basant
• Colluding with other players, including in live casino games, to gain an unfair advantage
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, intimidates, or harms other players or basant staff members
• Breaching any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of basant

All content on the basant platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, images, logos, audio, video, game assets, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the intellectual property of basant or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use basant solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any basant content without prior written consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to deliver the basant platform
• Use basant's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without prior written authorisation
• Frame or embed basant on any third-party website or application

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to basant regarding the platform may be used by basant without obligation to compensate you or to maintain confidentiality.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, basant excludes all liability for any losses or damages — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of the basant platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from any bet or game outcome, regardless of whether a technical issue was present
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond basant's reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or data displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be incorrect due to a data feed error

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes basant's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves financial risk and that you participate on basant entirely at your own risk. basant does not guarantee any particular outcome in any game or betting market.

basant is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of player protection tools, all accessible from your basant account settings at any time with immediate effect:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, and monthly PKR caps on deposits into your account
• Session time limits — restrict the maximum duration of any individual gaming session
• Reality checks — receive periodic on-screen notifications showing total time spent and net gaming result during the current session
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account from 24 hours to 30 days, activating immediately
• Self-exclusion — voluntarily close your account for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently; self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen duration and cannot be lifted early

basant reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timelines
• Suspicious activity triggering AML or fraud detection protocols
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player or their payment provider
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
• Discovery that the player was ineligible to register (e.g., underage, excluded, or residing in a prohibited jurisdiction)

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms & Conditions, basant reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Balances in accounts closed for reasons other than player breach will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting basant support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two business days. Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which basant's international gaming licence is issued.

In the event of any dispute between you and basant that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal dispute resolution process.

basant operates a formal complaints procedure. To submit a formal complaint, contact [email protected] with full details of the dispute. basant will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal procedures, escalation to the relevant dispute resolution body under basant's licence terms may be available.

basant reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — basant will provide advance notice of not less than seven days via email to your registered address or via a prominent notification on the platform.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or changes required by regulatory updates) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of basant following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must close your account before the amendments take effect.
