basant requires a valid Pakistani CNIC for identity and age verification. You will need to upload a clear photograph or scanned copy of the front and back of your CNIC. In some cases, a selfie holding your CNIC may also be requested. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. The verification process typically takes between 24 and 48 hours on basant.

On the basant Login page, click the "Forgot Password" link beneath the login form. Enter your registered mobile number and you will receive an OTP via SMS. Use that OTP to verify your identity, then set a new password. If you no longer have access to the registered mobile number, contact basant support at [email protected] with your CNIC details to recover your account manually.

No. basant strictly allows one account per player. Multiple accounts are a violation of our Terms and Conditions and can result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact [email protected] immediately to have the duplicate closed before it affects your primary account.

To permanently close your basant account, go to Account Settings and select the "Close Account" option under the Responsible Gaming section, or contact [email protected] directly. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. If the closure is related to a gambling concern, we recommend activating self-exclusion first, which takes effect instantly.
Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit on basant is Rs. 200 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. For bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank, the minimum deposit is Rs. 500. There is no minimum deposit cap for Raast or 1LINK payments beyond what the payment provider itself enforces. EasyPaisa withdrawals from basant are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours after approval, provided your KYC verification is complete. Withdrawal requests submitted between 9 AM and 9 PM Pakistan Standard Time are processed fastest. Requests outside these hours are queued and processed the following morning. The minimum withdrawal via EasyPaisa is Rs. 500, and basant does not charge any withdrawal fees on EasyPaisa transactions.

However, your payment provider — JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank — may apply their own standard transaction charges depending on your account type and the transfer amount. We recommend checking with your bank or mobile wallet provider for their current fee schedules before initiating a transaction.

Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank accounts typically take 1 to 3 business days to reflect in your account after basant approves the request. Interbank transfers via Raast or 1LINK are often faster, sometimes completing within a few hours. Ensure your bank account name matches your CNIC name on basant exactly, otherwise the transfer may be held for manual review.
